12 November. Lanzarote Erasmus AGE. We started the day with good weather on Famara beach. Practical introductory surfing lesson in an idyllic spot on Lanzarote. After lunch, we learned about the diversity of native marine flora and the importance of algae for life. A biologist taught us about the effect of microplastics and where we can find them without seeing them.In the afternoon, we went to the shopping centre and the students had free time.A fun and sporty day for everyone.The programme for Thursday has changed due to the weather. All activities for this day have been cancelled and we will be at the hotel working on the Erasmus ‘Arduino’ project and playing games with our Greek classmates.On Friday, we will continue with the programme if the weather permits and we will try to do some of the activities planned for Thursday.
