On the very first day of the new school year, right after the opening ceremony, the Principal spoke to the students and shared some exciting news: our school is taking part in an Erasmus+ project together with schools from Spain and Türkiye.
The Principal told the students that this program will give them the chance to meet new friends from other countries, work together as a team, and discover how technology can be used to make the world a better place.
He also explained to the students that they will be using Arduino boards and Scratch programming to build a smart irrigation system. He pointed out that this connects directly with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production and SDG 13: Climate Action.
In the end, the Principal encouraged the students to take this opportunity with enthusiasm, reminding them that the project will help them improve their digital skills, learn new things, and become young ambassadors for protecting the environment.
